Rental Rate Options (USD)

We offer a month to month rental at the stated rate of $1900.00/month. This rate is all-inclusive: utilities, internet, parking, and basic home supplies. All you have to do is move in. We do ask that guests sign a month to month lease at the beginning of the rental period. Depending on guests' needs, we may be willing to rent for a shorter period of time, just ask.

Guests can access 3 different swimming pools, a fantastic fitness center/gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and an outdoor barbecue and common area. An ideal location with close proximity to the 101 Loop, Old Town Scottsdale, and shopping. Quality restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and bars are all close by. This is an ideal location within an easy commute for medical professionals or those seeking treatment at Honor Health and the Mayo Clinic. Guests have access to a covered parking spot (really great for summertime guests when it is really hot!) The condo itself has central air conditioning/heating, security doors, keyless entry, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, a wall-mounted television (Netflix available, no cable), high-speed internet, and a comfortable Queen sized bed. Guests will appreciate the move-in readiness and convenience of our furnished condo.
