The month-to-month rate is $3,000 per month. Two-month security deposit required for 6-month and over rental term. No smoking/vaping in the house. Pets are negotiable. A one-time pet security deposit will be applicable. First month's rent and security deposit are due before occupancy. Utilities include water, sewer, electric and gas. Tenant is responsible for total utilities expenses in excess of $500 per month. Excess utility expense will be added to following month's rent.
