One pet maximum. Because this property is a tranquil vacation destination shared with other guests of the Chico Bay Inn, pets will be approved on a case-by-case basis. In general, owners are looking for well-behaved small to medium sized animals (no barking, biting, or marking). Also, listing is exempt from the Fair Housing Act meaning not required to accept Service/Support Animals because owners live on property.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the buildings or anywhere on the property.

SHARED OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Penthouse tenants have shared access to the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Bulkhead and Beach. The Penthouse Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry and patio.
Hot tub:
The Spa Patio that features a jetted hot tub may be enjoyed by all registered guests and tenants of the Chico Bay Inn who are staying in the Penthouse Suite and the Garden Suite.
Kayaks:
We offer recreational sit-in kayaks, paddles, and life vests for all sizes available for your use during your stay. There are plenty of kayaks to use to not have to plan around others on the property.
Outdoor lounges / Beach:
At the bottom of the beach stairs is a bulkhead separated into two different lounge areas. Each bulkhead lounge area offers a fire pit and chairs and is ideal for enjoying a campfire right next to the beach. There is a third lounge area with chairs on the ridge overlooking the bulkhead and beach that is perfect for taking in the sweeping views.
