The dinning room has a desk and small sitting area w/fireplace. The living room has a spectacular view of the river and beautifully landscaped yard plus cable TV. WIFI, W/D and all utilities are included. The apartment is completely furnished with bedding, and linens. There is a furnished covered patio with view as well. The kitchen is small but complete. There is off street parking and a private entrance. This is a non smoking residence. Pets may be considered.
