Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. This is a 4 bedroom (King, Queen, Queen, twin), 3.5 bath and a den “5 bedroom” it has a locking door - Queen bed - just not a window in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Living room : sofa bed The house includes three flat screen TVs (60", 47" and 32") and has Verizon Fios TV and 75/75 (extremely fast!) wireless internet. One King sized bed, 3 queens sized bed, and one twin sized bed. Additional we have a sofa bed in the living room and a futon. The space would be most comfortable for groups up to 10, but if you are willing too, the space can accommodate up to 13 people, with 3 people staying on the sofa bed and futon. There are 4 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty and kitchen has everything you need for cooking- plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking pans, bowls etc. I have an electronic deadbolt - you will be sent a unique to you code prior to your arrival. A five-minute drive (south and east) will take you to the major high-end mall and boutique shopping area of Cherry Creek. The Denver Art Museum is 9 blocks west on East 13th Avenue; adjacent are the Clyfford Still Museum and the Kirkland Museum. The State Capitol and Denver Municipal Buildings are 9 blocks west on Colfax. LoDo and RiNo, Denver’s party central neighborhoods, are a short Uber/Lyft ride away; if you choose to drive be advised parking is difficult and can be expensive. The Denver Center for The Performing Arts (DCPA) is Denver’s theater district and hope to Opera Colorado, Colorado Ballet, Colorado Symphony, The Buell Theater and several other performance venues. Sporting venues are close as well – the Pepsi Center has basketball and hockey, Coor's Field for baseball, and Sports Authority Field at Mile High for football. Educational institutions on the nearby Auraria Campus include: University of Colorado, Metropolitan State University and Colorado State University. Denver is the state capital of Colorado and also stands as the largest city in the state. A hub for commerce, industry and transportation the population of Denver proper is 700,000. The larger metro area is roughly 2.9 million. The city is home to the U.S. Mint and several federal agencies including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency. The city also has the largest airport in North America, Denver International Airport. Denver is home to many top companies in several in-demand industries: health care, business technology, higher education, oil, gas, mining and energy. Some of the top employers in Denver include University of Colorado Hospital, Centura Health, Level 3 Communications, Lockheed-Martin, Great-West Life & Annuity, Newmont Mining and Coors Brewing company. Outdoor activities abound in Colorado; opportunities for skiing boarding, hiking, and mountain biking are short drives from central Denver. Rocky Mountain National Park is a 1-1/2 hour drive, and well worth a visit.
